3. How to Transfer Ownership?

For Buyers
After verifying the channel analytics, the buyer must pay Full or Half payment. We immediately provide Owner Access. Primary Ownership is handed over after the mandatory 8-day YouTube waiting period.
For Sellers
Sellers must provide Owner Access on Day 1. The total payment is held for 8 days in Escrow. After the 8-day period, before releasing full payment, we may require a Valid ID Proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID) for security. No advance payment is provided.
Why do we hold payments for 8 days?
We keep the payment on hold to completely eliminate the chance of scams. If we pay sellers in advance or give buyers full control early, scammers often delete original content or upload violating/sexual material. This puts the channel at high risk of YouTube Strikes. Our 8-day hold ensures the system runs perfectly and everyone stays 100% safe without facing any loss.
Strict Warning For Sellers
"If you are a seller in a hurry or looking for 'Urgent' cash, please do not initiate a deal with us. You are free to sell your channel elsewhere. We do not force anyone to work with us, and we never compromise on our Safety Policy. We only deal with individuals who are willing to proceed based on mutual trust."
