Buyback Policy
Last Updated: February 2026We believe in providing a safe and risk-free environment for our buyers. Unlike other marketplaces where your investment might be permanently locked, Channel Deals offers an exclusive Buyback Guarantee on digital assets purchased directly from us.
The 60% Buyback Guarantee:
If you purchase a YouTube channel from us, become the primary owner, and decide to sell it back to us in the future, we will buy it back from you at 60% of your original purchase price.
Example: If you bought a channel from us for ₹10,000, we will buy it back from you for ₹6,000.
1. Strict Eligibility Criteria (Clean Condition Rule)
To be eligible for the 60% Buyback, the channel must meet the following strict conditions:
- The channel must have been originally purchased directly from Channel Deals. Proof of previous transaction is required.
- You must currently be the Primary Owner of the channel.
- Exact Clean Condition: The channel must be returned in the EXACT same "Clean" condition as it was handed over to you.
NOTE: If the channel has received ANY new Community Guidelines Strikes, Copyright Strikes, Warnings, or if AdSense has been disabled/limited due to your actions, the buyback guarantee becomes instantly VOID.
2. When is Buyback Denied?
We will permanently refuse the buyback offer if:
- The channel was used to upload illegal, adult, or violently policy-violating content.
- The channel has been severely damaged (e.g., major drop in subscribers due to bot activity, or monetization permanently disabled).
- The channel condition does not match our handover condition.
3. The Buyback Process
If you wish to initiate a buyback and your channel is 100% clean:
- Message our Admin Support on WhatsApp with your original purchase details.
- Our team will perform a thorough health check of the channel to verify its clean status.
- Once approved, you transfer the Primary Ownership back to us.
- The 60% amount will be instantly transferred to your UPI or Bank Account via our secure Escrow payout system.
