Refund Policy
Last Updated: March 2026At Channel Deals, we strive to maintain a 100% secure and transparent Escrow environment for both buyers and sellers of digital assets (YouTube Channels). Due to the sensitive nature of digital transfers, our refund policy is strictly defined below.
Core Refund Rule: A 100% full refund is initiated to the Buyer ONLY if the deal is canceled by the Admin or if the Seller backs out/fails to provide the channel.
1. No Buyer Remorse Cancellations
Once a buyer has deposited the funds into our Escrow account, the deal process begins. The buyer cannot cancel the deal simply because they changed their mind. If a buyer insists on backing out after the seller is ready to transfer, a cancellation penalty may be applied, or the refund may be entirely denied.
2. Eligible Conditions for Full Refund
The buyer will receive a 100% refund of their deposited amount under the following conditions:
- Seller Default: The seller refuses to hand over the channel, delays the process unreasonably, or fails to provide primary ownership.
- Admin Cancellation: The Admin cancels the deal upon finding discrepancies in the channel (e.g., hidden strikes, fake analytics, or suspected fraud).
3. Post-Transfer Finality
Digital assets cannot be returned easily. Once the Primary Ownership of the YouTube channel is successfully transferred to the buyer's email address and verified, the deal is considered FINAL. No refunds or chargebacks will be entertained after the successful completion of the transfer under any circumstances.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by the Admin, the amount will be credited back to the buyer's original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 24 to 48 working hours.
