The Golden Rule (No Bypass):
Kabhi bhi Buyer aur Seller aapas mein direct deal nahi karenge. Agar koi bhi party Admin ko bypass karke direct payment ya transfer ki koshish karti payi gayi, toh unhe permanently BAN kar diya jayega aur unka account black-list kar diya jayega.
1. Official Communication Only
Deal ki saari baatcheet aur proofs sirf hamare official WhatsApp number (+91 7987744656) par hi share kiye jayenge. Kisi third-party app (Telegram, Instagram) ya fake admin se deal na karein. Fraud hone par humari koi zimmedari nahi hogi.
2. Secure Payment Procedure
Sabhi payments sirf PT Seva dwara diye gaye official Bank Account ya UPI ID par hi ki jayengi. Buyer aur Seller apna Escrow commission (%) deal fix hone se pehle hi tay kar lenge. Payment clear hone ke baad hi transfer process start hoga.
3. The 7-Day Transfer Rule (Patience Required)
YouTube ki policies ke anusar, kisi naye email id ko 'Primary Owner' banne mein theek 7 din (7 Days) ka samay lagta hai.
Buyers ko is 7 din ke dauran patience rakhna hoga. Jab tak 7 din poore nahi hote aur buyer safaltapoorvak Primary Owner nahi ban jata, tab tak Seller ka paisa hamare 100% safe Escrow account mein Hold par rahega.
4. No Modification During Escrow
Jab tak YouTube channel ka transfer process chal raha hai (yani 7 din ke hold period mein), Seller channel par koi bhi video delete/upload nahi karega, aur na hi koi settings change karega. Aisa karne par deal turant cancel ki ja sakti hai.
5. Zero Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy
Fake analytics dikhana, stolen (chori kiya hua) channel bechne ki koshish karna, ya fake ID proof dena ek kanooni jurm (criminal offense) hai. Hamare paas Seller ki KYC hoti hai, aisi sthiti mein hum sidhe Cyber Crime authorities ko report karenge.
